Dutchess County-Poughkeepsie Land Bank Meeting (remote)

The Dutchess County-Poughkeepsie Land Bank (DCPLB) was approved by New York State in August 2020, pursuant to New York State’s Land Bank Program. By inter-municipal agreement, Dutchess County and the City of Poughkeepsie jointly formed the DCPLB with a mission to promote equitable and sustainable development through the rehabilitation of vacant, abandoned and underutilized properties in ways that are guided by ongoing community input, that foster housing that is affordable, that nurture communities of choice and access, and that support economic, environmental and social resiliency. The DCPLB was officially incorporated in New York State in April 2021.
