Public Meeting – City of Poughkeepsie Action Plan (in person)
The City Division of Social Development announces the publication of the draft 2022 City of Poughkeepsie Action Plan and has set a public hearing regarding the matter.
The draft Action Plan outlines the proposed projects to be funded through the Community Development Block Grant. Specifically, identification of federal resources reasonably expected to be made available during the program year and a list of activities to be undertaken during the 2022 program year. The City intends to fund such projects as Program Administration, Public Services, and Public Facilities/Infrastructure. All interested parties are invited to attend the following public hearing to comment on the draft plan.

Dutchess County to Host Veterans Services Town Hall (virtual)
Dutchess County Executive Marc Molinaro with the Division of Veterans’ Services will be hosting a live Veteran’s Town Hall forum. The forum will include a panel of knowledgeable individuals including Dutchess County veterans program managers, members of the VA, and representatives from other local veterans’ services who will discuss county and national resources and support available for veterans and their loved ones. Light refreshments will be served, and veterans and their families are encouraged to attend. Registration is not required.
