Annual conference for providers, educators, and caregivers in Dutchess County with the shared goal of better supporting our community!

Welcome to Building Bridges 2026! This is our 18th annual Building Bridges Conference at Dutchess Community College! This event is co-hosted by Astor Services, Poughkeepsie City School District, Mental Health America, and Dutchess County Department of Mental Health.

The goal of this conference is to support providers and caregivers who are part of the systems of care for youth and families in Dutchess County. By working together we can “Build a Bridge” between the educational and other systems of care that serve our youth. During this conference we will learn, grow, network, plan, and support each other in this difficult work. We appreciate all of you SO much!
