The central theme of this panel aims to foster open dialogue, reduce misconceptions, and promote mental well-being. “Breaking the Barriers of Stigma” panel at Vassar College will feature four individuals with lived experience who will discuss the challenges of navigating college, cultural humility, finding their identity, and creating safe spaces for healing.
