The Trevor Project—the world’s largest suicide prevention and crisis intervention organization for LGBTQIA+ youth—has saved countless lives. Since its founding in 1998, The Trevor Project has answered millions of calls, texts, and chats from LGBTQIA+ youth in crisis.
But did you know it all started with a single story? That story came from Celeste Lecesne, an Academy Award-winning writer, actor, and activist who turned his personal truth into a movement that changed the world. Now, for one night only, Celeste is coming to the Rosendale Theatre. On Saturday, March 22, we’re rolling out the red carpet for the first-ever local screening of our award-winning docushort, One Story at a Time: Celeste Lecesne.
