Clearwater Annual Meeting – 2023

FreeClearwater’s 2023 Annual Member Meeting will take place on Sunday, October 1st from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM at the University Settlement Camp (USC) Theater in Beacon. We look forward to welcoming members again in-person to meet Clearwater’s staff and board, and to hear what the organization has been up to. Additionally, election results for Clearwater’s 2023-2024 board will be announced during the meeting. Music and light refreshments will be served but we encourage our community to bring a small potluck dish to share.
The USC theater’s address is 18 Camp Loop Road, Beacon, NY 12508. The theater building is at the top of the hill past the pool. Parking for the theater will be in the field to the left of the theater.
The USC theater building is one driveway south of Clearwater’s main offices on the USC property off Route 9D.
