Traveling via Train to NYC, Albany, or Beacon
Students enrolled in CEL and traveling via train to NYC, Albany, or Beacon can receive a one-time train travel stipend at the end of the semester. To receive their stipend, students must submit their Train Travel Stipend Form, with their receipts, by the end of the semester.
Stipend amounts:
- up to $412 for train travel to/from NYC/Albany
- up to $100 for train travel to/from Beacon
To request a reimbursement, please complete the Train Travel Stipend Form and submit it to Ja’na Baylor either in person at our office or via email at jbaylor@vassar.edu. This must be submitted by the end of the semester in order to receive reimbursement.
