Dutchess County 2024 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) Public Hearing

The Dutchess County Department of Planning & Development (DCDPD) invites public comments on its draft 2024 CAPER, which outlines Dutchess County’s accomplishments for the Community Development Block Grant and HOME Investment Partnership programs for the period March 1, 2024 to July 31, 2025.

The draft CAPER is available for public review for a 15-day period from Thursday, October 9, 2025, to Saturday, October 25, 2025. The draft CAPER is available on the County’s website here (.pdf) and during normal business hours at DCDPD, 85 Civic Center Plaza, Suite 107, Poughkeepsie NY 12601.

A public hearing will be held in-person and virtually on:
