On Campus Class Locations and Hours:
On-campus live/in-person classes meet on Fridays. On class dates, our Hospitality Room is open from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm and is located in Kenyon Hall in the Club Room (KH 205). The Hospitality Room provides coffee, tea and snacks, and has tables and comfortable chairs where you can eat lunch, lounge, and meet with friends.
Lists of class locations and hours will be posted in Kenyon Hall, Blodgett Hall and outside our Hospitality Room. They can also be accessible on our Current-Semester General Information page.
Vassar LLI Office:
The Vassar LLI Office is located in Blodgett Hall, Room 115. Our Administrative Assistant is available for any questions and other assistance every Friday when classes are in session from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Parking and Shuttle:
- Parking—We are permitted to park at Kenyon Hall, the North Lot and the lot on the far side of the Athletic Building, which are authorized for use by Vassar LLI on Fridays. Parking is not permitted in the circle drive by Blodgett Hall. If there is no parking available at the three authorized locations, you may park elsewhere on campus. Parking is only permitted in designated spaces (between marked white lines (or blue lines for handicapped spaces)), and is on a first-come/first-served basis. Wherever you park, make sure to have your parking pass clearly visible on your car dashboard; if it is not, you are likely to be ticketed. Note, that to use any of the handicapped accessible spaces, you MUST have a permit showing you are authorized to use this designated parking.
- Van—Because parking on campus is so tight, there may not be space at the three lots authorized for use by LLI members; accordingly, members may need to find places to park at various locations around campus. We will provide a shuttle van circulating between the South Lot, North Lot and Kenyon Hall all day; if you are parked in another location, you will need to walk over to the van’s pick-up/drop-off spot in one of those locations (pick-up/drop-off spots will be marked). Please be sure to leave extra time to get to class, particularly if you plan to use the van–we only have one van making the rounds.
- IN ADDITION, YOU WILL NEED A VASSAR PARKING STICKER TO PARK ON CAMPUS. PARKING PASSES WILL BE DISTRIBUTED THE FIRST DAY OF FRIDAY ON-CAMPUS CLASSES IN THE HOSPITALITY ROOM OF KENYON HALL.
- Physically Challenged Accessible Parking is available adjacent to Blodgett, Kenyon, Wimpfheimer Nursery School and Ely Lots. However, parking is limited to a few DESIGNATED physically challenged spaces only. These spaces are not to be used for all day parking. To use these spaces, you must have a permit showing that you are authorized to use handicapped-designated parking.
NOTE: DO NOT PARK in the Blodgett circle OR Wimpfheimer Nursery School Lot. The only time these areas should be used are for dropping off supplies, and parking time is limited for that purpose.
Vassar Library:
You may use the Main Library during regular hours (M-F, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.) without an ID card. As a member of LLI you can apply for a temporary ID at the front desk or online to borrow books, videos and use databases.
