Thank You for volunteering to be a Presenter or a Class Manager
We provide orientation and support to all our Presenters and Class Managers throughout the semester
Orientation sessions for Presenters and Class Managers of ON-CAMPUS AND OFF CAMPUS IN PERSON classes will be held in September; multiple sessions will be offered to accommodate presenters’ and class managers’ schedules. Exact dates and times will be announced. You need attend only ONE of these sessions.
Orientation sessions for Presenters and Class Managers of ZOOM classes will be arranged separately and on an individual basis.
These Orientation sessions will discuss the roles and responsibilities of Class Managers and provide information and tips on how to run classes smoothly, and for Zoom classes, will discuss mechanics and tricks for hosting and using Zoom successfully and easily. Zoom links for all Orientations will be posted closer to the dates.
IN ADDITION, ON FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 18 WE WILL HOLD AN ON- CAMPUS INFORMATION SESSION ABOUT VASSAR CLASSROOM TECHNOLOGY AND WILL DEMONSTRATE HOW TO USE THE TECHNOLOGY IN BOTH KENYON AND BLODGETT BUILDINGS.
As a THANK YOU to all our Presenters and Class Managers, we will also be a PIZZA PARTY ON FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 18 @ NOON. Meet your fellow Presenters and Class Managers, and share thoughts and ideas!
