Shrimp Nachos!

Enjoy creamy seafood and tortilla chips? You don’t want to miss this easy (but amazingly effective) recipe for shrimp nachos! Shrimp adds a summery flair to what typical beef or chicken topping on nachos could bring. These upgraded nachos will be an unexpected, but welcomed, pairing for any gatherings!
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 2-4 minutes
Total Time: 17-19 minutes
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
2-3 teaspoons toasted ground cumin
1 teaspoon minced garlic
¾ cup sour cream
1 bunch green onions, sliced
1 9-ounce bag yellow, white or blue corn tortilla chips
3 cups grated pepper Jack cheese

Hello Ruoyu! International kids often have cool names; can you tell us how you got yours?
Li is my family name and “ruo” means appear to look like, and “yu” means sunlight. So “Ruoyu” means someone who looks like sunlight
