Last week we tried monotasking instead of multitasking – or at least we tried our best. This week, a study on the difference between the “paper brain” and the “e-reader brain” caught our eye. The study suggests that reading on paper and reading on an e-reader are significantly different neurologically-speaking. As you get set for another week, consider tracking your screen time vs. your paper time, and try to even them out – you might be on your way to the “bi-literate” brain!
