The Tananbaum Family Leadership Program for Work and Development is a unique fellowship opportunity designed to provide internships, mentoring and enriching educational opportunities for Vassar juniors who demonstrate a commitment to professional and personal growth, achievement and success. Fellows are selected in the fall of their junior year, and receive personalized career coaching, mentoring, and internship search guidance over the course of the spring, the duration of their summer internship opportunity, and through senior year. Fellows participate in enriching workshops on topics like: internship search skills, interview preparation, professional conduct, and networking.
