Use this form to register the individuals who will be writing letters on your behalf for various fellowships. When you complete this form, your recommenders will receive instructions on how to submit their letter. You can also send them this link at any time: https://pages.vassar.edu/fellows-blog/references/letter-of-recommendation-submission/ Note that letters are due on the deadline for the corresponding fellowship to which you are applying.

Confidentiality Waiver

In order to apply for nationally competitive awards and/or Vassar Fellowships all applicants must complete a Confidentiality Waiver. You must sign the waiver and scan it or put an electronic signature on the document. An electronic signature is your handwritten signature that has been scanned into your computer. Typed forms will not be accepted. Select whether you are waiving or not waiving your rights to review an inspect your letters and upload the corresponding form. Your letter writers and the Committee on Fellowships will be informed of your decision.
