The school year is coming to a close. Most of our podcasts and breadcrumbs shine a light on artistic endeavors of people outside of the Vassar community. This week, we’re breaking that mold.
Potpourri is an independently run podcast at Vassar College, exploring theses, projects, and the people behind them.
Since February of this year, seniors Michael Sandberg and Grant Schaller have been interviewing mostly other seniors about their theses and other projects about which they’re passionate. Recording out of Skinner and supported by Today’s Wine, Michael and Grant provide a safe, light-hearted environment in which other students can comfortably discuss their work. Their most recent podcast features Lily Ngaruiya, a senior examining the relationship between art and society, a project which includes weekly workshops with local high school students.
