Since 1985, visual storytellers have gathered in Park City, Utah annually to share their works of art. In 1991, this gathering was officially named The Sundance Film Festival. And as it is the end of January, the festival is happening right now. Since January 22nd, tens of thousands of people have been sharing and experiencing in the creative process. Until February 1st, roughly 200 films will be screened, in addition to musical performances and various dialogues about the industry. Check out the program for the festival here to find out more about dramatic films like The Stanford Prison Experiment, Romanian documentaries like Chuck Norris vs Communism, panels on the “Cultural, Ethnic, and Economic Implications of Creativity,” and so much more. Maybe next year you’ll want to attend the festival, or even submit a piece of work, yourself.
