Conducting Research requires a well trained staff of capable indivisual who are proficient enough to work independently, but also come together to collaborate on various problems.  For knowledge is limited by one’s imagination, whereas using our imagination  we embrace not knowing; giving birth to the evolution of science. Thus a team of capable individuals most possess unique skill sets that qualify them as a ideal candidate for conducting research in such area.
