Discovering is said to be an excited meeting of prepared mines reviewing what everybody has been thinking, and thinking what people have left out. True genius is only obtain when one realize they knows nothing, thus allowing for discovery. If discoveries were formulated on previously accepted assumption, there would be minimal advancement.  At Vassar Applied Optics Laboratory (VAOL), groundbreaking discoveries are been made everyday.  With hard work and innovating ideals our team is discovering important finding that will positively impact our lives.
