Having had recent phishing events, a login warning email could be sent to members of the community.
The notification looks similar to one that may be received from Google Apps for Education regarding suspicious activity.
Why this is phishing
The “from” address is not any Vassar College address nor does it pretend to be.
The URL, or link, contained in the message does not go to a vassar.edu address or any associated Vassar College service.
The URL, or link, directs to a Microsoft Outlook web login page. Vassar does not use Microsoft email.

Report it as phishing to Google. Before deleting the message, make sure to click on “report phishing”.
A little paranoia goes a long way! Be suspicious of any email messages similar to this one.
