Sandra, a factory worker in an industrial Belgian town, takes a leave of absence to combat crippling depression. Eager to return to work, the wife and mother is told management is offering her colleagues a bonus if they vote to fire her. Sandra faces the daunting task of trying to convince each of her 16 coworkers over the span of one weekend to forgo the cash and let her resume her position.
