Tim Youd 100 Novels Hudson Valley Cycle

Performances April – July 2018

Dates are tentative and subject to change. Check back here throughout the summer for the most up-to-date information.

The culmination of these performances will be an exhibition in the Frances Lehman Loeb Art Center Focus Gallery titled Tim Youd: The Hudson Valley Retyped. The exhibition, which will run from August 30 through October 14, 2018, will include a diptych of each novel typed over the summer as well as related drawings and a Remington No. 2, the model typewriter used by Mary McCarthy to type The Group. Save the date: the opening reception will take place on Thursday, September 13th with a special performance of Youd typing poems by Elizabeth Bishop, Vassar College, class of 1934.
