No conference fee will be charged.

Lunches and dinner will be provided. Hotels options listed below include breakfast.

Lodging and Accommodations:

Lodging for the night of September 9th will be provided for conference participants in one of the two hotels below (specific assignments will be made closer to the conference date).  For non-participants who wish to attend there is a block of discounted rooms available at the Days Inn Poughkeepsie.  Other local hotel options are listed below, but arrangements for those must be made directly by the non-participant.

Both participants and non-participants are responsible for travel to and from Poughkeepsie.  See the Directions page for more information.
