Project Description:
Vassar students in and out of the Education Department were provided with licenses to access this online and collaborative platform for analyzing their thesis and project data. The impact to students theses and projects was huge. Students learned the importance of rigorously and systematically coding their qualitative data and how they could create and work on Coding teams.
Sound methodology is an important part of any research project. I highly recommend that faculty who are interested in providing an intuitive and collaborative platform for students to code their data that they look into Dedoose as a possible platform to fulfill that need.
