Dr. Caruso is a chemist and crystallographer that currently works as a Research Associate in the Department of Chemistry at Vassar College in New York State. Dr. Caruso’s research focuses on the study of structural features of anti-tumor compounds and their interaction with physiological processes.

Dr. Caruso was a Senior Fellow at the Institute of Biomolecular Chemistry at the National Research Council in Rome, Italy. His research has been published in  the Journal of Medicinal Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, the International Journal of Molecular Sciences,  PLOSone and Biochemical Pharmacology among others.
