In order to reserve a time slot for the Chicago Hall Audio Studio, please email Baynard Bailey (babailey@vassar.edu) or our Audio Studio Community Manager – Jaron Ezekiel (jezekiel@vassar.edu). We can engineer for you if you like. Please allow 1-2 business days for Baynard to get back to you.
We will add you to the Chicago Audio Studio Google Calendar or inform you if there’s a conflict.
If you are doing multiple recordings, please contact us to be trained on the equipment and put on key permission.
The key can be picked up from the circulation desk in the Main Library (return it there when you are finished).
Please note that Chicago Hall is locked to non-majors after 8:00 pm and on weekends. If you need access after hours, please contact Baynard and he can request after hours access for you.
This calendar should reflect any bookings.
