Tasty Tuesday

My favorite day of the week at Vassar is Tuesday and here is why.  Every Tuesday many food vendors from the Poughkeepsie area come to campus and set up in the college center.  Vendors sell fruit, pies, pastries, even jewelry and crafts.  The very popular Twisted Soul restaurant sells delicious pulled pork and empanadas.  Two different Indian restaurants visit the campus with a large variety of offerings.  Here at Vassar we refer to this as Tasty Tuesday and it is something that both students and administrators look forward to.  Check out the pictures below and the quick time lapse to get a sense of what it is like.
