Breaking Boundaries

The theme for our Spring 2021 Event is Breaking Boundaries. We as the population of Vassar College believe in understanding our differences, and treating  them as strengths instead of weaknesses. This TEDxVassarCollege Convention seeks to uphold the values of empathy and understanding. We actively work to build bridges, break down walls, and communicate freely in the hopes of creating a better Vassar and a better world.

Our student and faculty speakers for this event will be speaking on a wide range of topics, ranging from the gender binary to psychology to poetry. These topics are representative of how each individual views the phenomenon of breaking boundaries and thinking above and beyond.(image sourced from vassar.edu)
