The first Saturday volunteer shift is this month!<\/strong>\u00a0Mark\u00a0June 27th<\/strong>\u00a0from\u00a09 AM to 12 PM<\/strong>\u00a0in your calendar and head to\u00a0this link<\/a>\u00a0to let us know you\u2019ll be coming.<\/p>\n

Every week<\/strong>\u00a0PFP offers multiple opportunities to get your hands dirty – no experience necessary! Come to the gardens and the fields to spend time with plants and fellow plant enthusiasts. Staff will offer guidance in tasks ranging from weeding and washing to pruning and harvesting.<\/p>\n

\"\ud83c\udf3b\"\u00a0<\/strong>Work and Learn\u00a0Shifts\u00a0in the Herbal Garden<\/strong><\/a>, every other Thursday, 4:00 – 6:00 PM:\u00a0<\/strong>Join the Education team at PFP\u2019s vibrant herb and seed gardens.\u00a0Come get your hands in the soil, learn about the plants and the vital creatures they support, and deepen your connection to the land\u2014one Thursday at a time. No experience needed, just curiosity and care!\u00a0\"\ud83d\udc1d\"\"\ud83c\udf3f\"\"\ud83e\udd8b\"<\/p>\n

\"\ud83e\udd55\"\u00a0<\/strong>Farm Fieldwork Shifts<\/strong><\/a>, Wednesdays and Fridays, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM:\u00a0<\/strong>Help out in the field. with additional days scheduled throughout the year\u2014 dates TBA. Opportunities on the farm are fitted to individual needs and interests as much as possible!<\/p>\n

\"\ud83d\ude97\"\u00a0Donation Delivery Runs, multiple slots per week<\/strong>:\u00a0Join the squad<\/a>\u00a0that moves hundreds of pounds of veggies a week to local pantries and kitchens during the growing season.\u00a0You can sign up for one delivery at a time – no commitment needed! – up to one week in advance of the run. Cars of all sizes are welcome!\u00a0This volunteer opportunity is coordinated through an iPhone app called\u00a0<\/strong>ChowMatch<\/strong><\/a>.\u00a0<\/strong>Reach out with any questions about signup and setup!<\/p>\n
