As a Dutchess County Legislator, I\u2019m proud to host the 5th Annual Mental Health Awareness Bike Ride right here in Poughkeepsie on Saturday, May 2, 2026, at Malcolm X Park (131 Mansion Street)\u2014in partnership with Scenic Hudson.<\/p>\n
This event is about more than biking\u2014it\u2019s about building community, raising awareness, and reminding each other that mental health matters. Whether you\u2019re a seasoned cyclist or just looking to get active and connected, this ride is for you.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Free bike tune-ups (arrive by 11:30 AM)<\/p>\n
\u2022 Swag bags and bike kit giveaways 12:00<\/p>\n
\u2022 Local organizations offering wellness resources<\/p>\n
\u2022 A supportive, family-friendly ride through the city<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ride kicks off at 1:00 PM<\/p>\n
