The last of these would require that any real estate developer who proposes a project in the Town of ten units or more, either for rental or home ownership, set aside one out of each ten units as affordable \/ workforce housing. We will discuss the details of this on Wednesday night. By adopting this approach, some nearby municipalities have succeeded in substantially increasing the supply of new affordable housing.
