Good Work Institute shares and celebrates your commitment to a democratic workplace! And we know it\u2019s not easy. There\u2019s a lot of learning and unlearning to do along the way. Thankfully, there\u2019s a growing community to learn from and with here in the Mahicantuck (Hudson) Valley. Alongside other opportunities for learning and support, including weekly\u00a0disco<\/a>very calls<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0focused on org-specific challenges and, our annual online series of\u00a0workshops<\/a>\u00a0focused on democratizing work, we\u2019re excited to offer these quarterly facilitated discussions to connect, and give and receive support. Bring a challenge to share, an openness to listen to others\u2019 struggles, and a willingness to share from your experience. Together we\u2019ll cultivate a healthy ecosystem of democratic workplaces in our region (and farther afield).<\/p>\n
