Students are reimbursed at the end of the semester. <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>To request a reimbursement, please complete a <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSfv3i_JcSFzLtJ-sAHinm1--wdnqKt3DcrVPuYgV3f0g_NQGw\/viewform?usp=dialog\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong>OCEL Transportation Reimbursement Request Form <\/strong><\/span><\/a>and take a\u00a0screenshot of your route on Google Maps showing the mileage driven.<\/p>\n<p>Please note parking fees associated with personal vehicle travel to CEL are also eligible for reimbursement. To request this type of reimbursement, please submit another <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSfv3i_JcSFzLtJ-sAHinm1--wdnqKt3DcrVPuYgV3f0g_NQGw\/viewform?usp=dialog\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong>OCEL Transportation Reimbursement Request Form <\/strong><\/span><\/a>\u00a0along with\u00a0a screenshot of one of your parking receipts.<\/p>\n<p>Forms must be submitted by the end of the semester in order to receive reimbursement.
