SUMMARY:Learning Session: Understanding Harmful Algal Blooms on the Hudson
DESCRIPTION:The Hudson is experiencing its largest harmful algal bloom (HAB) on record. A green sheen of toxic bacteria centered near Kingston is covering the river and has been observed at various locations primarily from Poughkeepsie to Germantown.
