We will explain the process of swiping a card, thereby storing and receiving data, with the principles of <a title=\"Faraday's Law\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Faraday's_law_of_induction\" target=\"_blank\">Faraday&#8217;s Law<\/a> (which explains how\u00a0induced <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Electromotive_force\" target=\"_blank\">EMF&#8217;s<\/a> [aka <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Voltage\" target=\"_blank\">voltage<\/a>]\u00a0result from varying magnetic fields, magnetic flux, and induced currents).
