Braver Angels is a national non-profit dedicated to political depolarization and civic renewal through skills workshops, community forums, town halls, parliamentary conversations and community-led solutions to local problems. Our course will present some of those o\ufb00erings: \u201cDepolarizing Within\u201d reveals how we demonize and stereotype people who disagree with us, and \u201cSkills for Disagreeing Better\u201d, teaches how to listen to others and express our own ideas more e\ufb00ectively. Finally, we will conclude with a Braver Conversation about a topic of the class\u2019s choice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Caroline Berninger and Vahe Keukjian<\/strong> are volunteer members of the Braver Angels NY-Hudson River Valley Alliance.
