The Executive Committee is responsible for running the day-to-day operations of the LLI.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Curriculum Committee.  Chairs:  <em>Sybil DelGaudio<\/em><\/strong>, <strong>Andrea Ciminello<\/strong>. The Curriculum Committee coordinates and plans our Vassar LLI courses. The Committee suggests and organizes new classes, recruits new presenters, and consults with presenters about their classes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Classroom  Managers Committee.  Co-Chairs: <em> Nora J. Quinlan and Patricia Fitzpatrick.  <\/em><\/strong>This Committee is responsible for recruitment, orientation, and support of our class managers. Class managers assist the presenter, including by introducing the presenter and communicating Vassar LLI information to the class (and, for zoom classes, assisting with zoom mechanics).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Membership &amp; Registration. Co-Chairs: <em>Sudhir Desai and Paul Stoddard.<\/em><\/strong> This Committee is responsible for the administration and execution of the LLI admission process and the course registration process, including maintaining our Pro-Class system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hospitality Room Committee. Co-Chairs: <em>Tim Ryan<\/em> and Terry Catapane. <\/strong> The Committee maintains the Vassar LLI hospitality room (setting up and setting out coffee and snacks).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Special Events Committee.  Co-Chairs:  <em>Diana Salsberg and Terry Quinn<\/em>. <\/strong>The Committee <strong> <\/strong>plans and manages special events including trips and tours, and Fall and Spring gatherings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Communications Committee. Chair: <em>Joanne Valeo<\/em><\/strong>. This Committee consists of several subcommittees that create and distribute information and communications to our members, and answers phone calls and inquiries. \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Newsletter Editor:  <em>Jo Hausam<\/em><\/strong>.  Responsible for soliciting articles from Vassar LLI membership and editing  our newsletter each semester to  inform members about LLI activities and record our times together. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong> Phone Support Coordinator:  <em>Howard Spilke<\/em><\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Course Catalog Managers: <em>Sybil DelGaudio, Neila Radin, Beth Hayes<\/em><\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Photographers: <em>Sarah Kennedy <\/em><\/strong>and <strong><em>Marian Pompa<\/em>.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Newsletter and Catalog Artwork:  <em>Marty Zlotkin<\/em><\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Webmasters: <em>Mihai Grunfeld, Neila Radin, Rachel Etkin<\/em>.<\/strong> Maintains the Vassar LLI Website.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Member Engagement Committee. Chair: Denise Murphy<\/strong>.
