Thank You for volunteering to be a Presenter or a Class Manager <\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We provide orientation and support to all our Presenters and Class Managers throughout the semester<\/mark><\/em> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Orientation sessions for Presenters and Class Managers of ON-CAMPUS<\/strong> classes will be held in September; multiple sessions will be offered to accommodate presenters’ and class managers’ schedules. Exact dates and times will be announced. You need attend only ONE<\/strong><\/span> of these sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Orientation sessions for Presenters and Class Managers of ZOOM<\/strong> classes will be arranged separately and on an individual basis<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

These Orientation sessions will discuss the roles and responsibilities of Class Managers and provide information and tips on how to run classes smoothly, and for Zoom classes, will discuss mechanics and tricks for hosting and using Zoom successfully and easily. Zoom links for all Orientations will be posted closer to the dates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

IN ADDITION, ON FRIDAY, MARCH 6 @ 11:00 AM<\/strong>, WE WILL HOLD AN ON- CAMPUS INFORMATION SESSION <\/strong>ABOUT VASSAR CLASSROOM TECHNOLOGY<\/strong> AND WILL DEMONSTRATE HOW TO USE THE TECHNOLOGY IN BOTH KENYON AND BLODGETT BUILDINGS.<\/strong><\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a THANK YOU to all our Presenters and Class Managers<\/strong>, please come to our PIZZA PARTY <\/strong>ON FRIDAY, MARCH 6 @ NOON<\/strong>. Meet your fellow Presenters and Class Managers, and share thoughts and ideas!<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n

ON-Going AV AND TECHNOLOGY Support:<\/h6>\n\n\n\n

In addition to the above Orientations and Training, we provide continuing AV and Technology support throughout the semester. For Tech Troubleshooting in Kenyon, click here:<\/mark> VCLLI \u2013 TECH TROUBLESHOOTING FOR KENYON <\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

ALSO, HERE<\/a> IS A SHORT ORIENTATION VIDEO FOR THE AUDIO VISUAL SYSTEM IN KENYON HALL CLASSROOMS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For on-campus classes, a Vassar student will be available on site in the Hospitality Room all day on Fridays to assist with any technology issues. You will be given the student contact information and in addition, if you need assistance you can contact our Administrative Assistant, Rachel Etkin at retkin@vassar.edu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
