| May 20 | Visit Hallormsstaðaskógur National Forest and Vallanes organic farm. Overnight in Breiddalsvik. |
| May 21 | Drive to Skaftafell National Park via Hofn, Jökulsarlon, and Kviarjökull, stay there three nights |
| May 22 | Skaftafell area, glacier walk, water sampling |
| May 23 | Skaftafell area, study plant colonization in deglaciating terrain, drive to Dyrholaey in the late afternoon/evening |
| May 24 | Group project work day |
| May 25 | Drive to Landeyjahöfn & take ferry to Vestmannaeyjar (Heimaey), climb Eldfell volcano, visit volcano museum, return to mainland |
| May 26 | Service project – to be determined (perhaps tree planting) |
| May 27 | Visit Fridheimar greenhouses, Gulfoss, Geysir, Thingvellir. |
| May 28 | Visit Hellisheiði geothermal power plant and Carbfix facility. Go to Blue Lagoon spa in the afternoon. |
