Workday for Supervisors

This course will give a comprehensive overview of the Workday responsibilities of managers.  This overview will include demonstrations of time entry, time off, hires, job changes as well as other Workday business processes.  There will be time allotted for Q&A in order to target areas of most benefit to managers.

Kimberly Collier
Director of Business Applications

Kim Collier has worked at Vassar College for 19 years, most of that time in the position of Associate Director of Human Resources.  Kim accepted the position of Director of Business Applications in spring of 2019 and now reports to the VP for CIS.  Kim leads the team responsible for the college’s core business systems, including Workday.

Prior to coming to Vassar, Kim worked for ten years at Champion International Corporation holding various human resources/organizational development positions.  Kim’s time with Champion was spent at the Sartell (Minnesota) papermill, West Nyack (New York) technical center and corporate headquarters (Stamford, CT)

Kim earned both a bachelors of science in secondary education and masters of science in industrial and labor relations from West Virginia University.
