Black dress with cream satin sleeves

Hi, ladies,
Do you think those sleeves are original to the dress? How’s the stitching at the armscye on each side? There was certainly a vogue for some width at the shoulder paired with a slim silhouette in this period, but the fact that these sleeves are so different from each other casts some doubt on both. Plus there is a heaviness to the sleeves that doesn’t seem to match the dress. The mirrored and jeweled ornaments are lovely, though. Dress clips and jeweled buckle belts like this are in keeping with the fashion of the period.
