Je suis int\u00e9ress\u00e9e sur l&#8217;exploration de l\u2019id\u00e9e du terroir comme un outil de marketing dans la publicit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>On a vu dans notre cours que dans le pass\u00e9, le mot terroir n\u2019avait pas de connotations positives. Les gens pr\u00e9f\u00e9raient la &#8220;puret\u00e9&#8221; et le go\u00fbt du terroir \u00e9tait consid\u00e9r\u00e9 impure. Aujourd\u2019hui, dans notre vie tr\u00e8s industrialis\u00e9e et mondialis\u00e9, c\u2019est la nourriture &#8220;homog\u00e9n\u00e9is\u00e9e,&#8221; fabriqu\u00e9e sans une trace du terroir, qui est la plus facile \u00e0 trouver et la moins ch\u00e8re. On est loin de la naturelle, donc on cherche les produits \u00ab\u00a0organiques\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0naturels.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui les produits du terroir sont pr\u00e9cieux et chers. Nous vivons dans une \u00e9poque de l\u2019individualit\u00e9-extr\u00eame, une \u00e9poque de &#8220;personal branding,&#8221; o\u00f9 on a besoin de se distinguer afin d\u2019avoir du succ\u00e8s. C\u2019est le m\u00eame cas pour l\u2019industrie\u00a0; les producteurs ont besoin de distinguer leurs produits. Donc, le terroir est tr\u00e8s important. J&#8217;ai d\u00e9couvert qu&#8217;il y a m\u00eame des entreprises de consulting, juste pour le marketing du terroir! :\u00a0http:\/\/www.vinterra.net\/<\/p>\n<p>Il y a beaucoup de controverses entre les gens sur l\u2019effet du terroir. Je suis d\u2019accord avec cette id\u00e9e-ci\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Establishing a reputation for terroir requires two things. First, you have to actually have terroir, which is to say wines that really are reflections of particular and distinctive winegrowing regions or sites. And, second, you need to be able to communicate this to consumers. Absent the first factor it\u2019s just marketing.
