The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/interactive\/2017\/08\/07\/climate\/document-Draft-of-the-Climate-Science-Special-Report.html\">673-page draft report <\/a>focuses on changes already observed in the US, including increasing intensity of precipitation in the Northeast (first figure below) and increasing likelihood of drought in snowpack-dependent California.
