Students who are thinking about their degree requirements before or after the coming May commencement will need to consult with their major advisor. If the plan is conceived, requested, and approved by the major advisor a class year will not be changed before the end of the current academic year. An exception is made for students who need to be changed between junior and senior status. The range of units for junior status is 15–22.5; for senior status, 23–32.
