As we move into the second half of spring semester, we have just a few more exciting CAAD-sponsored events before the school year ends.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>April 7-8, Vassar will host its first-ever Food Symposium with support from CAAD,\u00a0\u00a0the Department of French and Francophone Studies, the Environmental Studies Program, Asprey CCAS Student Research Enhancement, Science and Technology Studies, The Departments of Philosophy, Chemistry, and Biology, the Grillo Fund, and the Office of the Dean of Faculty.<\/p>\n<p>Alumnae House will be hosting all events associated with the symposium, starting on Friday at 5:30pm with a\u00a0a keynote address from sociologist and food studies authority, Priscilla Parkhurst Ferguson of Columbia University.
