How to Tell Great Stories on the Radio: Lecture by Stephanie Foo<\/em><\/p>\n Tuesday, February 23,\u00a03:00-4:00p<\/p>\n Rosenwald, Vogelstein Center for Drama and Film<\/p>\n Stephanie Foo is a producer at\u00a0This American Life. Prior to that, she helped create the NPR show\u00a0Snap Judgment. Her work has been feature on podcasts like\u00a0Reply All\u00a0and\u00a099% Invisible. She’s also one of the cofounders of\u00a0This American Life’s\u00a0Audio Hackathon. A guest artist for the “Producing Audio Narratives” course, Foo will give a talk on February 23 in the Rosenwald.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Sonic Cyborg Residency<\/em><\/p>\n Monday, February 22 – Friday, February 26<\/p>\n From February 22 to February 26, Vassar will have the privilege of hosting Michael Chorost and Trevor Pinch in its first of two Sonic Cyborg artist residencies. These two scholars and artists study the relationship between man and machine, and how it relates to the sense and to the world around them.
