We&#8217;ve neglected to focus on the other\u00a0side of the story: the creative ways in which artists tell\u00a0<em>other people&#8217;s <\/em>stories. <a href=\"http:\/\/biancagiaever.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Bianca Giaever<\/a>\u00a0has never neglected this. In fact, the 24-year old filmmaker and radio producer has made quite the name for herself because of her\u00a0talent in this area. In 2013, she asked a little boy, Asa, what she should make a movie about. The resulting film, <em>the Scared is scared<\/em>, was named &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.usatoday.com\/story\/life\/tv\/2013\/12\/31\/best-of-tv-on-the-web-in-2013\/4250271\/\" target=\"_blank\">Web Video of the Year<\/a>&#8221; by USA Today. Bianca\u00a0brilliantly illustrates Asa&#8217;s story in the 8-minute film in clever and unexpected ways. Since then, she has shared her talents with an even wider audience: the radio show\u00a0<em>This American Life<\/em>. In her video series on the show, &#8220;Videos 4 U,&#8221; she helps people say things that they&#8217;ve struggled to say on their own. Maia, for example, has been with her boyfriend Alex for 8 years and neither of them has ever said &#8220;I love you.&#8221; So, Bianca\u00a0made a video to help Maia say it first.
