That person is Ed Catmull, founder and President of Pixar Animation Studios in California. With the help of freelance writer Amy Wallace, Ed recently released a book called <a href=\"http:\/\/www.randomhouse.com\/book\/216369\/creativity-inc-by-ed-catmull-and-amy-wallace\" target=\"_blank\">Creativity, Inc.<\/a>\u00a0that sheds light on the company&#8217;s beginnings and the things he&#8217;s learned about creativity in the workplace since then.
