We understand that not all exploratory ideas will develop into intensives.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;color: #000000\">2. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;color: #000000\">I have received funding for an exploratory proposal. I&#8217;m now ready to implement my intensive. Can I apply for funding again?\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;color: #800000\">Yes, please do so! Please submit a request for funding with a &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/pages.vassar.edu\/community-engaged-intensives-in-the-humanities\/for-faculty\/how-to-apply\/\">Developed Proposal<\/a>.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;color: #000000\">3. I have some funds left over from funding towards my exploratory grant. Can I &#8220;roll them over&#8221; to fund the implementation of my intensive.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;color: #800000\"> No you cannot roll over the funds. Please submit another application to implement your intensive.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;color: #000000\">4. Can I apply more than once?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\"><span style=\"color: #800000\">Yes! We hope that instructors will build long-term partnerships with local organizations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;color: #000000\">5. I have been awarded funding. What&#8217;s next?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;color: #800000\">You will be given the specific work tags created for your award to use to access your funds through Workday.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;color: #000000\">6. How do I pay my guest speakers?<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #800000\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Please request your speaker to register as a &#8220;Vassar College Supplier.&#8221;\u00a0 Information for how to do so can be found <a href=\"https:\/\/wd1.myworkdaysite.com\/supplier\/vassar\/VassarCollegeSupplierRegistration\">here.<\/a> <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #800000\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Please ask your speaker to send you an invoice. Alternatively, in lieu of an invoice, please use your invitational communication to the speaker and their acceptance in writing.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #800000\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Once your speaker is registered as a supplier, please initiate a &#8220;supplier invoice&#8221; to initiate payment.
