{"id":459,"date":"2018-08-24T01:27:04","date_gmt":"2018-08-24T05:27:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/pages.vassar.edu\/bsu\/?page_id=459"},"modified":"2018-09-12T20:53:36","modified_gmt":"2018-09-13T00:53:36","slug":"black-student-leader-collective","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/pages.vassar.edu\/bsu\/about\/black-student-leader-collective\/","title":{"rendered":"black student leader collective"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>mission:<\/h1>\n<p>Our collective is made up of a multitude of Black leaders across different organizations within the African\/African-American, Latinx\/Latinx-American, Asian\/Asian-American, Native American (ALANA) Center; including but not limited to the African Students\u2019 Union, the Black Students\u2019 Union, the Caribbean Students\u2019 Alliance, the ALANA Senior Council, the Multiracial\/Biracial Students\u2019 Association, and PoderLatinx.<\/p>\n<p>The BSLC was first formed in the fall of 2017 in order to increase opportunities for community building and coalition work across identities of the African Diaspora at and around our campus.
