To be eligible for library support services, you must be registered with AEO and complete a yellow library support service request form. Student library assistants can help with the online catalogs and CD-ROM workstations, help with getting books from the stacks, and help students with disabilities become familiar with using the library. Student assistants can also help photocopy reserve materials and deliver and pick up library materials to and from most locations. These resources can be particularly helpful to students with disabilities relating to mobility, visual impairments, or severe dyslexia. Research librarians have met privately with students who are dyslexic, allowing them to make the best use of the library’s resources.
